Contact me within 3 days of delivery. Ship items back within 7 days of delivery (shipping fees are on you). Request a cancellation within: 1 hour of purchase.
I want you to love your new items! In the event that it wasn't what you hoped for or is damaged in any way, please contact me as soon as you can. Every instance is dealt with on an individual basis, but in general if we find that the items need to be returned, I will refund the full amount of the item less shipping without hesitation.
